Purchase and Orders

How to order?


Order In-store
Drop by our store in 140, Maginhawa Street, Sikatuna Village, Quezon City. We are open everyday. Our office hours start at 10:00 AM and ends at 6:00 PM. If you are looking for anything specific, best to ask online if it is on-hand.

Order Online
Send us a message in our Facebook or Instagram page to order. Deliveries are done via third-party delivery logistics of the customer's choice. You can also process an order in our website, our Shopee, or from our Lazada pages.

Will you teach us how to use the product?

Yes. We offer highly detailed demos on how to use our products. Demos include product operation, product maintenance, and coffee science.

Do you deliver?





Yes. Delivery is done by our partner logistics. Send us your address and we will update your quotation accordingly.

Do you install the machines?





Machine installations are only limited to specific machine models and are only limited to the National Capital Region (NCR)

What if my product arrives broken or defective?





If proven that there is a manufacturer's defect, we offer 7-day replacement for all our products. The 7-day replacement is not applicable to physical damage as long as The Coffee District provides enough documentation to show that the product left the store in good condition.

Repairs and Servicing

Do you have a Service Center?





 Yes. Our service center is located at 2F, 140, Maginhawa Street, Sikatuna Village, Quezon City. We are open from Tuesdays - Sundays at 10AM to 6PM.

What machines do you service?





We only service the machine and grinder brands we carry.

Do you do onsite servicing?





We currently do not offer onsite services.
